I've just turned 70 years of age and up until 9 months ago led a very active life, playing golf 3 times a week and cycling. Unfortunately I had a fall which resulted in a fractured hip and pelvis.
I was looking for a suitable exercise website to help my rehabilitation and came across Senior Fitness with Meredith.
It really is first class, much better than others I looked at. Meredith actually makes it fun to do with her enthusiasm, easy approach to exercise, and the way she explains in detail what to do. It's as if she really cares, inspires and motivates and wants to help particularly seniors like me.
I actually look forward to each exercise session rather than finding it a necessary chore.

I am 84 years old and have had one hip replaced. I tried walking to the mailbox this AM and had a difficult time getting back. My hips felt as if they would not let me go forward. I remembered seeing some of your exercises that are good for ones hip. I did Reduce Hip Pain With Helpful Stretches and I felt so much better and able to walk freely. Please continue what you are doing and may God Bless.

thank you for the routines you post in YouTube. I am a 78, retired minister, on oxygen 24/7 for progressive emphysema. Also Blue Cross/Blue Shield has cancelled our Silver Sneakers program, so I am exercising at home. Your seated resistance band workout keeps me moving and breathing. Meredith, l am so glad l found your site. I turned 70 in May. I have a myopathy condition and l decided l needed to do weights etc, along with my regular nordic walking.
You just clicked with me and l began with starter exercises and now have a selection of intermediate and advanced workouts.
I have noticed a big difference, have dumbells of three different weights and l love it. Every day l do the short lower body and, at least five times a week, l do a longer session.

Thank you Merideth. I have been with you for about 3 years now. off & on. Whenever I am off and I try someone else's workouts they really aren't the same. By that I mean too easy or too hard, but your's are just right for me. I keep myself back, I guess because of not being as dedicated as I know I need to be. But when I feel the need I can always do a beginner's workout. I like not having pressure.

Senior Fitness with Meredith is my go to for exercise. I find the instructions very clear and helpful. The variety is awesome. I use YouTube to view and do the exercises.
I do your Aerobics for Seniors every other day and it's wonderful!

Ive been working out to SFWM for more than four years. My health and fitness levels have made huge gains despite interruptions for surgery and then a divorce. Exercising is the best form of stress relief I know of. I will always be a fan and supporter of Meredith and her workouts. With love and gratitude, Bathshua

I have spinal stenosis, I found your seated workouts a year ago. I have been faithfully doing them at least 4 times a week. I feel so much better, not only physically, but mentally! Thank You

I'm not exactly a senior, but have limited mobility after a hit and run a few years ago, so your stretches and exercises are much better adapted to what I can do. Appreciate all of it!

I am a 73 year old Retiree who dislikes exercise usually. However, after discovering your You Tube Videos a few months ago, I have been faithfully exercising with you 3 or 4 times a week. I feel better already and have recently added ankle weights to my workout. Meredith, you are so fun to follow....it doesn't seem like work at all. Thank you.
