Meredith, l am so glad l found your site. I turned 70 in May. I have a myopathy condition and l decided l needed to do weights etc, along with my regular nordic walking.
You just clicked with me and l began with starter exercises and now have a selection of intermediate and advanced workouts.
I have noticed a big difference, have dumbells of three different weights and l love it. Every day l do the short lower body and, at least five times a week, l do a longer session.
