I was having trouble getting around the way I wanted , breathing was bad , I sat too much , I thought this was just me getting old . Then I had a health scare and had to quit smoking ( which I used as a tool for my anxiety ) and thought I need to do something to replace it and also help me not gain weight from not smoking ..I found your videos and started at just 10 min cardio twice a day ... that was two years ago . I have been doing 20 min cardio twice daily now and weight training with dumbbells , balance , and stretches mixed throughout the week .. I can move so much better now and keep up with my grands ; sometimes they tell me they need to take a rest which I find quite funny ....Thanks for helping me stay young at 74 .
