Hello from Nova Scotia, Canada. I have been using Meredith's You Tube videos for over a year now to treat my arthritis and now since December, my osteoporosis diagnosis., So easy to follow, at a pace I can follow and always with lots of encouragement. The weights can be amended to how any flareups are occurring. Thank you Meredith for giving this 74 year old senior hope for the future.
