Thank you Merideth. I have been with you for about 3 years now. off & on. Whenever I am off and I try someone else's workouts they really aren't the same. By that I mean too easy or too hard, but your's are just right for me. I keep myself back, I guess because of not being as dedicated as I know I need to be. But when I feel the need I can always do a beginner's workout. I like not having pressure.
