Hi Meredith, I am 75 years old and I enjoy deep breathing, as much as the actual exercises my mobility is compromised so I can not do all of the exercises as well as I would like, but I don't allow anything to stop me from trying to do every one of the exercises. You inspire me to greatness.
I am 76 years young and have had osteoporosis for 20+ years and do not take osteoporosis drugs, so have been doing some type off exercises pretty much everyday. Just found your website a month ago and am thoroughly enjoying. Thank you.

I absolutely love your workouts. I started mid January 2024 and do 45-50 minutes 6 days a week! I enjoy the variety and have seen amazing results. My balance is 100% better. Iโm able to stand up from a chair easily , have better mobility and upper body strength. Actually started to play golf at age 69! Have recommended you to numerous friends and family. You are so inspirational and motivating.

Hi Meredith I'm 71 . I try to walk 5km daily (weather permitting). I started doing your exercise routines during covid lockdowns. I'd tried a few others but found I enjoyed yours the most. I love your caring kind personality and the way you encourage without pressure. Thanks again.

My husband decided to begin working out at a nearby gym but I knew I would not enjoy making that โgoing outโ commitment! So I found Meredith Senior Standing Workout with Resistance Bands to do in our living room that day! He joined me for the next workout and we have been doing it together every other day for almost 2 years! It is the best. Thank you from a couple 78 year olds that feel better because of Meredith.
Thank you so much Meredith. I have been doing your seated workouts for several months, most days (with doctorsโ approval). This has helped me tremendously with recovery from thyroid cancer treated with radiation and surgery which left me very weak and sick. I feel much better and stronger. I can walk much further, comfortably, despite the cancer having spread to my pelvis.

Had a horrible hip problem 2 years ago. After X-ray Dr confirmed it was arthritis. Asked if I wanted pain meds. I refused. Slowly but surely with warm soaking in the tub and exercising I'm happy to say. No more pain. None. I walk everyday 1.5-2 miles everyday. Workout 3 days and 2 days with my weights.
Turned 73 last week and life is good.

My story isnโt very profound. Iโm 77 and have always walked a lot. In 2007 I walked a full marathon in St. Louis (9 hours!). In 2020, just as Covid hit, Apple offered me an I-watch for $50 and paid me to track exercise for two years. I made $700 and got to keep the watch. About a year ago I found your site and began working out. I have missed very few days. Iโve gone from three to five pounds on dumbbells and have started using the eight pound for single front raises. You are wonderful. I tell everyone I meet to start following you. Thank you!
I had 3 foot surgeries in a year so having seated exercises was my only alternative. I was diagnosed as pre diabetic and became determined to lose weight for prevention and escalation. My weight loss doctor suggested weight and resistance exercise so by great fortune I found Meredith's videos online. Thank you for your instruction and encouragement I actually look forward to doing my exercises. I am presently down 41lbs and am striving for 20 more. My entire Zoom weight group are now doing your videos as many of us have physical challenges that prohibite traditions exercising.
I am 88 and during the past many months have incorporated your "Range of Motion, Upper Body and Lower Body and Core " workouts into my "almost daily" routine. The benefits of your seated programs are both physically and emotionally reinforcing in battling age. I refuse to grow older gracefully (whatever that means) and you help to keep me young in both mind and not quite so old in body. You are a "10" ! and THANKS!
Super glad I found Meredith's site, happy to say I've been using the videos to work out for over a year now. I'm 57, female, suffer from knee issues and find that I just can't do the hard core jumping, bouncing, kneeling workouts I used to do.
Enter Fitness with Meredith! I really like the standing advanced workouts with weights, and learned quickly that a seated workout is a great alternative on days when knees get really stiff and sore. I'm not ready to accept the "senior" title yet (denial is a great thing haha) but super motivated by the great workouts. Keep 'em coming!

Thank you Meredith for your dedication and workouts. Iโve been doing your workouts for a few years now and love them. Unfortunately I have an avulsion fracture of the fibula (I stumbled up stairs and twisted my ankle). I am currently in a moon boot๐ and am unable to do anything weight bearing on my ankle. Itโs only been 12 days (and at least 2 weeks to go before I can bear weight on (with moon boot) and feel Iโm loosing body strength .
Are you able to recommend some gentle workouts you have to keep me going (obviously seated)

I turned 69 last year and I'm looking forward to saying I'm 70! My health issues have followed me my entire life after a TBI at 7, add in scoliosis, fibromyalgia since 1978, and 11 car accidents (non my fault) , you can imagine the condition of my spine. Yet I always tried to exercise, finding long distance speed walking in my 20-30s until a bad rear-end car accident put me out of commission by damaging my SI joints. I've been in and out of PT since I was 16. At age 30 they said I had the back of a 60 yr old, so now is it 90? I just keep on trucking! I discovered you back in 2020 and have progressed slowly to harder classes. After 4 surgeries in 14 months, I had to start over again last year, but that's the beauty of your website!! I just searched for easy lessons and started building up again slowly. I tell everyone about you! What I wanted to share with you is how my PT therapist was impressed when he assigned me a new exercise and I said that I'm already doing that with Meredith in her bar ballet pilates class. He asked what else are you teaching us, and I showed him some of the moves. He said "Those are great keep it up." He really liked the one where we lift our knee and go out and then bring it back in. So good job Meredith! I'll keep sticking to it, so you too! Thank you for all you've done.
