I absolutely love your workouts. I started mid January 2024 and do 45-50 minutes 6 days a week! I enjoy the variety and have seen amazing results. My balance is 100% better. I’m able to stand up from a chair easily , have better mobility and upper body strength. Actually started to play golf at age 69! Have recommended you to numerous friends and family. You are so inspirational and motivating.
