Thank you Meredith for your dedication and workouts. I’ve been doing your workouts for a few years now and love them. Unfortunately I have an avulsion fracture of the fibula (I stumbled up stairs and twisted my ankle). I am currently in a moon boot😔 and am unable to do anything weight bearing on my ankle. It’s only been 12 days (and at least 2 weeks to go before I can bear weight on (with moon boot) and feel I’m loosing body strength .
Are you able to recommend some gentle workouts you have to keep me going (obviously seated)
