I discovered Meredith's channel two years ago when in hotel quarantine here in Australia. She helped keep me sane during that time and has helped keep me mobile since then, as I have some serious knee issues to contend with. Thank you for some great content for all fitness levels and abilities.
I am so glad to have discovered Meredith's workouts. I started with 20 minute seated workouts a few times a week and have progressed to the hour Livestream classes (although never live yet) daily. I look forward to them as a fun part of my day. Meredith's explanations are great and she makes me feel good about where I am and where I am going in my health journey. Thank you so much, Meredith!!
Your videos have been keeping us both supple and in trim for the past 18 months or so. Thanks.
Hello Meredeth!
I feel so blessed to have found your workouts. You are really great at explaining and cautioning us seniors. I definitely feel like I have worked out with you, and best of all, without pain!
For the past week I have been concentrating on cardio with body weight workouts. I try my best to do one livestream each day. So I can get both in one hour. I realize that most of the livestreams are cardio and HIT. or resistance, but since I am able to do them, I do.
Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart.

Hi Meredith, I absolutely love your workouts and your approach in working with seniors, allowing us to push ourselves to become more active (stay active) and healthy as we age. I especially like your constant reminders to keep your shoulders down, your back straight, abs pulled in as well as the reminders to focus on the muscles we are working. I am 70 and have always been active, but after an arthritic knee, broken shoulder, and hip issues, I depend on your videos to keep moving and help myself recover. I very much appreciate your kindness and your themes for your workouts. You are really outstanding, and I hope your business continues to grow.
I started my journey a year ago I weighed 276 in February 2021 and in February 2022 I weigh 207.I started slow with seated workouts done that a month and then I started with walking videos and i gradually built my strength up a now I can do your videos and not stop.I want to thank you for helping people like me along the way.I got me a treadmill and I use it 3-4 times a week. I feel like a brand new person.
I found these marvelous workouts last Summer when there were no classes offered where we live. A real lifesaver! While I can take classes here now, I continue to supplement Meredith's workouts.
I found your videos when the pandemic started and my local Y shut down. I am hearing impaired and wear hearing aids and I love that Meredith has a clear voice and doesnโt speak too fast. I use the closed captioning also on the YouTube videos. I love the variety of the workouts and your attention to proper form. I am really glad I discovered her and her wonderful workouts!
I have enjoyed cycling and pickleball but now with an arthritic knee, winter, and gym closures I have focused on daily indoor workouts. I find Meredith's to be some of the best and I really like her calm helpful reminders regarding proper technique and safety as well as her varied workouts.
I am 39 years old. I am using your work out videos to ease back into fitness after a LONG illness and hospital stay. I appreciate your videos and help!!!
I've stress-eaten my way through the epidemic like many people and when I was diagnosed as in the diabetic range, I knew I needed to get serious about exercise. But I also have a bad ankle and knee, so I started on your seated exercise videos. Stretching, balance and posture, and weight training are videos of yours I do all the time. Doing so much seated made it possible to get strength and flexibility back without stressing my joints. I've recommended your videos to others, particularly family members. Thanks for all you do!
Good evening, after a long period of pain and discomfort because of a total knee replacement surgery six months ago (and trying to forget two more surgeries ahead, right hip and right knee), I found these videos and...voila...I can move again, and follow a workout till the end, and feel strong and "normal"and have the courage to do things, to walk, lose weight, care for myself and be a better version of me. Meredith is an inspiration, I love her calmness, her way to explain every single movement and her patience to show again and again every alternative motion. Most of all the videos that anyone, even someone like me (overweight, beginner, 60 y.o) can follow easily and have results. Thank you for your great work!

Good morning Meridith,
Thank you for posting the pics information about falls. It was a super resource for me to keep handy.
I have started water walking, stretching to regain my energy level and stamina that has taken a real toll the past couple of months. Medical professionals have shared with me that neuropathy is becoming a major concern of our aging population. It impacts balance and loss if strength in my feet and ankles.
Keep up the inspirational work you share.

After almost three years of gym attendance, I had to suspend weight training because a kidney condition. My doctor told me I have to restrict myself to cardio and "not more than one hour", she said. I had never followed excercises from internet. I have to say, Meredith, your videos have been a wonderful discovery. I am sure they will become a big part of my recovery. Thank you very much for your careful work.
Meredith was the inspiration that started my wife Sharon and myself on our Senior Fitness program several years ago. She attended a variety of her classes when she taught at Freedom Plaza, a senior independent living facility in Peoria, AZ. Unfortunately the Covid virus stopped all classes. However the seed had been sown and we continued with her YouTube videos in the privacy of our apartment. Now that the restrictions are being relaxed in-person classes are being offered again. We thank Meredith for providing the motivation to continue on this life extending journey. Dick Arnold
I discovered your workouts during lockdown and have been doing them most days ever since. I love the variety, the clear instructions and how you pitch the workouts at different levels. I feel the benefits every day. Thank you so much for all you do Meredith.๐
Thank you Meredith for your great workouts. I love the way how you explain what movement you are going to do next. I find that this is one of the best workout videos that I have done in a long time.
I thank you for your exercise programs. the choices are exellent, I appreciate your frequent reminders to breathe in rythm, stand tall, and tuck in the tummy. At age 82, I tend to forget to tuck in and stand tall. I tend to hunch over unvoluntarly until you remind me to stand straight.
Your explanations as to what and why each move is beneficial to are great.

I discovered Meredithโs videos a few years ago but, never being an exercise enthusiast unfortunately, Iโd follow them for a week or 2 then find any excuse to stop. So here I am at 69, arthritis in my lower back causing a lot of left hip and leg issues, very little range of motion on my left side, and determined that I need to change my habits if I want to grow old gracefully! I so love the variety of videos that Meredith has available, from 12 minutes to over an hour, from cardio, strength, stretching, dancing, weights, stretch bands, boxing gloves, you name it, she has it! I can follow a different video every day and not get bored. I love how the videos are low impact and definitely geared to benefiting seniors! I feel I am getting stronger and more flexible every week, and I donโt have to move out in our miserable winter weather! Thanks for all you do for us Meredith and please keep those great videos coming our way! Hugs from eastern Canada๐
Meredith, you are an incredible instructor. Of all the workouts channels on YouTube, Senior Fitness with Meredith is the one that I stuck with since the beginning of the pandemic. I even got one of your custom workouts which helps me a lot to keep myself on track. We cannot thank you enough for your work.
