I have been exercising "with" Merideth for over a year. I started after I recovered from knee replacement surgery. I am down a size in clothes and feel stronger and healthier then I have in years. My favorites are the walking and seated HIIT videos. I love how she shows how every exercise can be modified. Thank you Merideth for helping me to be healthier.

Thank you Meredith for all your wonderful workouts. You always give very clear instructions, both at the beginning and during a workout. My husband and I do your workouts very regularly, and really enjoy them. You are helping us stay fit and motivated. We also do a lot of walking and Qigong. I do dance too (senior ballet and belly dancing). Your workouts offer plenty of variety to help keep us fit and mobile. You are the best!

Enjoy the more challenging workouts with Meridith, and how I can get the same results without having to get on the ground! Knee replacement, foot surgery, no longer avails me to do so, like the podcasts also, I love the air ball inclusions more of those would be fun.
Covid has changed all of our lives, so to be able to stay well with classes on YouTube is fantastic. Thank you Meredith โค๏ธ

I am very impressed by Meredith her teaching. She is thoughtful, kind and patient and has a very professional presentation. Love how she keeps reminding us how to focus and stay in tune with the specific muscle groups.

The only drawback is that, when I use specific exercises may be 3 times a week, I can only give 1 like 1 time and leave a positive comment. :))
I thought I could never start exercising again. But Meredith changed all that and makes it very easy to get in a healthy routine.

Love your exercises! Iโ€™ve been with you since the start of the pandemic and I love the advanced YouTube ones particularly strength training! Conscious that as a 75 yr old strength is most important. I walk for cardio. Donโ€™t go the gym anymore so Meredith also saves me money!!

I discovered Meredith last year while I was on my weight loss journey. Thanks for all you do for Seniors and their fitness.
My wife and I enjoy and work out almost daily to one of your videos, sometimes two of them. Maybe I missed it just didn't see any related to nutrition. While exercise is important, as I sadly look down at my senior male belly I know I need to eat better as well. Any tips or advice appreciated in future videos if not already mentioned. So many different kinds of diets out there, not sure which one to choose.

I'm 68 years old and have Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis, mostly in my hips and knees. I have been physically active most of my life. I didn't want my diagnosis, nor my age to stop me. I found Meredith's workouts, on YouTube, last year. In between mall walking, and Aqua classes, I follow one of her workouts daily. I especially enjoy the variety of chair workouts she offers. Thank You Meredith !
