Thank you Meredith for all your wonderful workouts. You always give very clear instructions, both at the beginning and during a workout. My husband and I do your workouts very regularly, and really enjoy them. You are helping us stay fit and motivated. We also do a lot of walking and Qigong. I do dance too (senior ballet and belly dancing). Your workouts offer plenty of variety to help keep us fit and mobile. You are the best!
