I'm 68 years old and have Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis, mostly in my hips and knees. I have been physically active most of my life. I didn't want my diagnosis, nor my age to stop me. I found Meredith's workouts, on YouTube, last year. In between mall walking, and Aqua classes, I follow one of her workouts daily. I especially enjoy the variety of chair workouts she offers.
