In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a standing Pilates workout using only body weight for added resistance.
This exercise is a “Barre” inspired routine which targets areas of the body that help you do squats, lunges and/or sit ups. These are low impact movements using only your body weight and are tailored more towards an intermediate level of fitness. If this is too much of a challenge for you at this time, you can always switch to our seated version as well.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and be sure to keep your water close by.
