In this exercise video, Meredith is guiding you through a quick 5 minute, easy to follow lower body workout using only your body weight.

Body weight exercises are great for beginners or anyone looking to get a workout in without any extra equipment. This workout focuses on lower body muscles to help build strength and stability which you use in everyday activities. This is a standing routine but can also be modified to seated if you prefer seated exercises.

This exercise can also be paired with our Quick 5 Minute Upper Body Routine for a full body workout. Remember to only do movements that you feel comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
