In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow, all standing upper body workout perfect for most all fitness levels.

This is a quick 5 minute routine designed to build strength and flexibility in a safe and effective manner. It is a timed workout with 30 seconds of each movement.

If you prefer seated workouts you can also modify to seated as well. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and have a great workout!
