Hello, I just found your YouTube channel and i a so happy. I am 53 years young and have been exercising for the past 3 years now usually following trainers on YouTube. I have followed 2 mainly but was looking for something differentโฆโฆ I did not think to look under senior??? Was always looking at exercise for ladies over 50. Somehow and thankfully I have found you!!!!
I have been enjoying the different style of exercise you show. Starting off with a warm up and ending with a stretch is so lovely to find on the one sitting.
Definitely not just for senior people I tell you! In fact will be recommending you to my 24 year old daughter who has terrible knees and ankles from netball.

I particularly like the No squat, no floor, no hop idea.
I would also include deep lunges in that sentence ๐คฃ
