My BP was trending upward from sitting on my backside too much (130/80ish. My norm has always been 110/70). Not to mention I could barely get up off the floor (no core strength), my back ached, was short of breath and felt weak on exertion (like push mowing), was losing muscle strength. Wonder woman had turned into wimpy woman. ๐
I finally had enough of feeling wimpy and decided to take control of my body again. Thatโs when I found Meredith on YouTube. I started out with her Senior beginner videos, which about killed me. Fast forward a month or so later, I am doing advanced cardio, balance and weight training with hand and ankle weights, advanced floor ab and core (try a few bicycles! ๐ณ), hardly ever get short of breath, still sweat buckets but itโs the good kind of sweat!
Today, my BP after cardio and a cool down was 112/70, hr 94; 10 minutes later 112/68, hr 84.
