I discovered your workouts when Covid began and have been doing them ever since. When I developed long Covid in October of 2022, I had to go back to the very basics and work my way back to my usual HIIT and low impact cardio routines. I am so grateful for the variety of programs you provide. No matter what my physical (or mental) state, I know that there is something that I can do. I thank you ever so much that this 77 year old can still maintain a healthy workout.
