I have exercising with your work out videos for the past three years. I watch them on You Tube because they are free and I enjoy working out at my own pace. I am a senior and love that you include different fitness levels on You Tube. I do many chair and or standing exercises that focus on bands, yoga, light weights and Pilates. I also love your sitting abdominal workouts. Thank you for continuing to provide these options to seniors who donโt have silver sneaker coverage.
