I am 74 years old. I discovered your YouTube channel six months ago. I am mobile and do go to Aqua fit classes 4 times a week. I really appreciate your calming exercises. My husband passed away 2 years ago. The calming exercises helped me navigate my grief. I especially appreciate your instructions to maintain form not to injure myself. I start my day with you and do exercises in the afternoon or just before bedtime calming exercises. It has done wonders for my back and neck. I tend to have sciatic pain. Since I started your program it hasn’t been an issue. Thank you so much!! Doina
