I am 70 years old (african american male) and have been using your workouts for two years now. I do a thirty minute row along with ten minutes of weights every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I workout with one of your videos for the entire month changing to a different video each month. I've had arthritis in my back and knees since I left the military in 1989 and your senior workouts have helped me keep it in check and well as helping maintain my overall health. I've looked at other senior websites, but yours is the best. Thank you. I always recommend you to my other senior friends and family.
