After filling out a detailed form I purchased a 7 day program from Meredith. It takes all the guess work out of what exercise is best for me to speak to my objectives. There are a variety of choices each day so I can pick a session to my liking. My objective is weight loss and build muscle mass and happy to report I did achieve my weight loss goal and then some in just a couple of months. I sense my muscle tone is improving as well. I am a 73 year old senior and thrilled to have found a fun fitness program that has become part of my daily life. It’s been a long time since I felt this good about myself and I owe it all to Meredith.
