I am 83 years old and lifted weights when I was younger. Have arthritis in my knees and other places and went to PT for a time. I do 2 or 3 of your routines one day and the PT exercises the next. My hope is to strengthen my supporting muscles and lose some more weight so that I can avoid surgery. I walk about 7,500 steps a day in good weather, but when snow is on the ground, I still get in an hour a day. Thank you.
