Just want to say a HUGE thank you for your videos on YouTube. About six months ago Malcolm started suffering from sciatica and life was not worth living!!!!
Not one for exercising normally but being in so much pain, he resorted to googling treatments ..... and there you were!! What a transformation, he still only does the sciatica video(!), but I enjoy several of them. We are both approaching 76 and with your help are getting more supple, strong and well balanced (literally!) with every session. In fact we echo every word that Stella Hazell also from Wales wrote on 29/12/22, what an inspiration. So many, many thanks Meredith you make a world of difference from Lynne and Malcolm
