This month’s livestream class is a Cardio Walk Workout with Seated Core & Abs, and Stretch.
We will start with our standing cardio walk, then transition to seated position for a great ab and core workout. We’ll then end it all with a relaxing full body seated stretch.
To join us, you will need your sturdy comfortable chair and your water and remember that all movements can be modified to seated.
