Note: We did have a few streaming issues in the beginning of this workout but we did pick back up around the 15min mark.
This month’s Livestream will be a Cardio Walk Workout!
We will start standing doing our walk and cardio work, using light weight(optional).
We’ll then sit for core work and a great stretch!
You will need a sturdy comfortable chair, your water, and optional light hand weights (I am using my wrist weights).
