This Livestream will be a Cardio Walk and Air Ball Workout!
We will start with a cardio “walk”, using the air ball for moves and resistance. We will then sit to do more air ball resistance work, and core.
We’ll end with a great stretch! You will need a chair, an air ball (can use a small pillow), and your water.
Remember all can be modified to seated and just do Range Of Motion. Have a great workout!
