In this exercise video Meredith is taking you through an easy to follow all seated upper body workout using resistance bands.
Resistance bands are a great way to add strength training to your workouts and if you’ve seen our other videos using bands than you’ll know we’re a big fan on them! They are light weight, easy to have around and very cheap to buy. Using them occasionally throughout the week to add strength is a great way to mix up your workouts and keep them fresh!
For this session, Meredith is doing an all seated upper body routine with easy to follow movements that you can do right in your own home. This is a great way to get started with resistance bands and get comfortable with how they help you build strength and flexibility.
As always only do the movements that you feel comfortable with and never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Also remember to drink lots of water!
