This back stretching workout is focused on stretching your whole back from upper, mid and to lower all in a safe, seated position. This is ideal for beginners or anyone who may have limitations while standing. This exercise is meant to be slow, safe and effective to help build strength and flexibility.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause you any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
