This Livestream is a full body dumbbell training workout!
We will start with a cardio warm-up, followed by a few standing bodyweight moves. We will then sit for dumbbell work, transition to stand for more dumbbell work, then sit for our cool-down stretch.
You will need your dumbbells in any weights you have. Water bottles, soup cans, or other household items can be substituted for dumbbells if you do not have any; or just do ROM. Also, remember all can be modified to seated.
