This Livestream will be an Air Ball Full Body Workout!
We will start with a standing cardio warm-up using the ball, then stay standing for upper and lower body air ball work. We’ll then sit for more air ball work, ending with a great seated stretch.
You will need your air ball (or small pillow), chair, and water and remember all can be modified to seated.
