Seated stretching is the perfect way to either warm up or cool down your body in a safe and controlled manner. This is perfect for beginners but also can be used at after or before a more advanced workout.
Stretching is an important part of staying healthy as it not only benefits your body physically but mentally as well. Before you start be sure to have a sturdy chair prepared so you can stretch with confidence. Also, never do movements that cause any pain or discomfort and go at your own pace.
