In this exercise video Meredith will be guiding you through one of our “BEST OF” series workouts using resistance bands.

This is a full body, standing workout set at our intermediate level. Using resistance bands are a great way to help build strength and mobility in a controlled and safe manner. They also add a layer of challenge that isn’t found using traditional weights. As stated, this is part of our “BEST OF” series which concentrates on the most effective movements which not only helps build strength but balance as well.

Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
