THE BEST Standing Dumbbell Full Body Workout For Seniors | Intermediate Level | “Go-To” Series | 27Min


In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through full body, standing dumbbell workout. This is another one of our “THE BEST” series workouts which are designed to give you the most effective movements to build strength, flexibility, balance and endurance.

This is a full body routine incorporating movements that will work your upper, lower and core muscles. The added resistance of dumbbells is a great way to maximize these movements to be most effective. This is an intermediate level routine so make sure you preview the movements and feel comfortable with them before diving in.

If you don’t have dumbbells available you can always substitute with either water bottles or cans of soup. You can also just do a “Range Of Motion” workout following along without using weights as well. As a reminder, be sure to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause you pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by for water breaks and have a great workout!
