Balance exercises are a great way to build up strength in the muscles that help stabilize us as we move through our day. We may not pay attention to these muscles as much as we think because it’s easy to forget that balance is just as important as strength and cardio.
This is “THE BEST” because Meredith is taking some of the most efficient standing movements and combining them into one 20 minute routine that you can do right in the comfort of your own home.
Remember to take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by. Only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes pain or discomfort.
