Seated exercises are a great way to exercise safely and effectively while removing strain off your lower body. We always recommend our seated workouts for anyone who may have lower body limitations or who may be starting out with exercise. But don’t let the seated part fool you! They are still effective in all areas of fitness from building strength and working your cardiovascular system.
This workout focuses on using a simple playground air ball that you can find in our recommended equipment page. This allows you to focus on the muscle groups being worked in both your upper and lower body. It provides just enough resistance to keep the movements challenging yet easy to finish.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Always keep your water close by, take breaks when you need to and have a great workout!
