HIIT workouts are a great way to get both your heart rate up and work on flexibility and mobility. They are designed to work your cardiovascular system in intervals which is a great way to improve your air intake and longevity. Building up your “wind” improves the way your body regulates air even when we are not exercising and the benefits go on from there!
This exercise is all seated but don’t let the seated part fool you! You will still get a great workout in and your heart will thank you:)
Remember to keep your water close by, take breaks when you need to and only do movements that you feel comfortable with.
