Seated cardio workouts are great for beginners or anyone who prefers to be seated for exercise. Seated routines take the stress off of your knees and legs so you can focus on your workouts instead of the challenges that may come from a standing workout.
We are using our full body and getting our heart rate up for this exercise video all of which benefit our cardio vascular systems and muscles. It’s important to have a sturdy chair with you as you workout so you are firm to the ground and can move through these movements with ease.
Remember to keep your water close by and never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and have a great workout!
