The moves in this video are designed to be a collection of some of Meredith’s best moves to achieve results when properly executed on a consistent basis.

As always, remember to keep your water close by, use a sturdy chair and take breaks when you need to. Never force any movements that cause you pain or discomfort and most of all have a great workout!
