Low impact dancing is a great way to get your cardiovascular system running in a safe and effective manner. This routine is a “Salsa” inspired exercise incorporating some of the best moves from Latin dance styles. All easy to follow and meant to give you a great workout in the end.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that may cause you pain or discomfort. This workout can be modified to seated as well if you feel more comfortable in a chair.
