In this workout Meredith will be guiding you through one of THE BEST seated and standing posture, balance and stretch routines. This is another one of our “Best Of” workouts that consist of the most efficient movements that promote building balance, strength and flexibility.
This is both a seated and standing workout using all areas of the body. Maintaining good balance, posture and flexibility uses many muscles in the body and they are required to work in harmony with each other. Thus this exercise concentrates on all muscles of the body and works them together for the best results.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable and don’t cause you any pain or discomfort. Remember to always keep water close by and have a great workout!
