In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an advanced level cardio workout using weights with no hops, squats or floor work. This is another “Best Of” series exercise session that incorporates the most effective movements to help build strength, burn fat, add flexibility and gain energy!
This workout uses light weight dumbbells for some of the movements but you can always substitute using cans of soup or water bottles if you do not have dumbbells. You can also follow along using your range of motion without weights for an effective workout as well.
This is an advanced level workout so be sure to preview this exercise in full if you don’t feel completely comfortable doing movements that are more advanced. As always, remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause you any pain or discomfort. And most important of all, have a great workout!
