This is an all standing cardio routine that is designed to exercise your complete body including upper, lower and core muscles. These low impact movements will also get your heart rate up to healthy levels and leave you feeling accomplished and refreshed!

Be sure you have enough space around you when beginning this routine and clear your area of any fall of trip hazards. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
