Sitting at a desk for long periods of time can be taxing on the body, especially as we age. Even if we have a comfortable chair and desk height it can be somewhat strenuous. This tension makes working difficult and we can easily feel stressed.
Luckily these stretches can help you gain your flexibility back during the day and most of all your sanity:) Feeling loose and relaxed can make a big difference in the way you feel at your desk and hopefully after doing this routine you will agree.
Per usual, make sure you only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause you any pain or discomfort. Remember to hydrate and most importantly, have a great stretch!
