Kettlebells are a great piece of exercise equipment to add in to your weekly workouts. Using it correctly, it adds the perfect balance between strength training and cardio work. Kettlebells come in many sizes and weight so be sure to visit our recommended equipment page to find one that’s right for you.
This is an advanced level routine so only do movements that you feel comfortable with. If you don’t have a kettlebell you can always substitute using dumbbells and remember to modify to sitting if standing becomes to strenuous.
Take breaks when you need to and as always keep your water close by.
