Superset exercises are great for working multiple areas of your body as “sets”. Superset workouts are defined as: “Performing a set of two different exercises back-to-back with minimal rest in between.”
Combining 2 different types of movements into one set either using weight or no weight is a great way to build up areas in unison and maximize the efforts being exerted during the workout.
This is an advanced level routine so only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Be sure to preview the workout during the intro so you feel comfortable with the full routine, including duration.
