In this exercise video Meredith will be guiding you through and advanced level, abs and core workout specifically designed to strengthen and tone your mid section.
This is a laying down workout for time which you can do comfortably on a floor using a mat or you can also do this workout laying flat on your bed as well.
Core/ab exercises are essential for developing our mid section especially as we age and posture and back strength can become a problem. Making sure to incorporate a few core exercises during your weekly workouts is a good idea.
This is an advanced routine so only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause you any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and always keep you water close by.
