With the high intensity movements, your body will benefit from the quicker pace and intensity. This is an advanced level routine so make sure you preview the full workout before you begin. There are both standing and floor movements involved as well.
HIIT workouts are meant to be quick and productive. This routine will ensure some great strength training as well with floor movements using your body weight as resistance.
Remember to keep your water close by, take breaks when you need to and only do movements that avoid any pain or discomfort.
