Strength Training Workout For Seniors With Dumbbells | Livestream Class

Today’s Livestream will be a dumbbell strength training workout!

We will start with our cardio warm-up, then go into our standing and seated dumbbell strength training workout, followed by a seated stretch.

You will need your dumbbells, chair, and water. Remember all can be modified to seated, and just range of motion.
