In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an advanced level, “Strength and Cardio” HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout using lightweight dumbbells and finishing with a seated core routine.

This workout is meant to help build strength using dumbbells for added resistance but is also designed to work your cardiovascular system via interval style cardio training with periods of “rest” and “work”.  Together, this combination gives you a full body workout which will leave you feeling refreshed and energized. To finish the routine, Meredith incorporates one set of seated core movements and stretches to round out your workout.

This is an advanced level routine so be sure to preview this video so that you’re comfortable with all exercises involved. Don’t perform moves that cause pain or discomfort and remember to take breaks when you need to. Keep your water close by and have a great workout!
